Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The service is offered as it is today, and we may add, change or stop features.

What you put on your pages stays yours, and you are responsible for publishing only what is lawful and yours to publish.

The Pro plan is sold by Lemon Squeezy; you can cancel at any time, and it keeps working until the period you paid for ends.

The plain-language version: Your data

01. Agreeing to these terms

Using PressaGen means agreeing to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PressaGen is provided independently by one person and is not yet registered as a company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that person.

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about PressaGen. When you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy's terms also cover the purchase.

02. Who can use PressaGen, and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, and an adult under the law where you live, to use PressaGen. If you build pages for a business, you confirm that you may act for it; "you" in these terms then means you and that business.

You sign in with Google only, and PressaGen keeps no password of yours, so your account is as safe as that Google account: anyone who can sign in to it can sign in here. Keep it protected; you are responsible for what is done in your account.

If you think someone else has got in, choose Sign out everywhere on your dashboard, which signs out every browser and device, this one included; then secure your Google account and tell us from the contact page. You can delete your account yourself, from your dashboard, and the privacy policy lists everything that goes with it.

03. The service and your plan's limits

PressaGen is offered as it is today. We may add features, change them or stop offering them. We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.

Each plan comes with limits, such as how many pages you can have and how much image storage you get; the pricing page lists them. Other limits keep the service fast and safe for everyone, such as how many images an account can upload in a day, and they may change without notice. When a limit is lowered, the pages and images you already have stay; you just cannot add more until you are below it.

When Pro ends, your account goes back to the free plan under the same rule: every page and image stays, and you cannot create pages or upload images until you are below the free plan's limits. Your custom domain is suspended: your pages stop opening there and keep opening at their pressagen.com addresses, and you can connect the domain again after you renew.

04. Paying for Pro

The Pro plan is sold by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle the tax and issue the receipt.

The price is whatever the checkout page says at the time you buy. If we change the price, we announce it on the pricing page and on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, and a subscription that is already running keeps its price until its first renewal after the new price takes effect. You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription on your dashboard, and the plan keeps working until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy and whatever consumer protection law applies to you. We make no separate promise of our own.

05. What belongs to whom

What you put on your pages stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it as far as running PressaGen needs: keeping your pages and images, sending them through Cloudflare's network so they load fast, keeping the last 10 published versions of each page and our backups, and showing a published page to anyone who opens its address. The permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies that stay in backups and caches for a limited time, as the privacy policy explains.

You are responsible for what you publish being lawful and yours to publish. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models, and we do not use your pages to promote PressaGen unless you have agreed to it in writing.

PressaGen's own software, design and templates remain ours. You may use a template, with its pictures, only for pages you publish on PressaGen: its pictures may not be used anywhere else, such as on printed flyers or other websites, and templates may not be copied to sell or give away. Templates show made-up people, reviews and testimonials, and some pictures are made with AI, as each template's preview says. Replace them with your own before you publish, because a made-up review shown as a real customer's misleads your visitors and may break consumer law where you are.

06. What is not allowed

What a page may not be used for
  • Pretending to be someone else, or pretending a page is another company's.
  • Collecting passwords, card numbers or codes under false pretences.
  • Fraud, or selling what you cannot deliver.
  • Content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Sexual content, content that attacks people for who they are, or content that encourages harm.
  • Malware, or sending people to it.
  • Bulk unsolicited mail, or pages made to support it.
What the service may not be used for
  • Getting around a plan's limits, for example by opening extra accounts.
  • Creating pages or uploading images with scripts or other automated tools.
  • Trying to reach another account's pages, images or data, or testing the service's security without asking us first.
  • Putting so much load on the service that it slows down for others.
  • Using the images you upload as file storage for other websites.

If you find a security problem, tell us from the contact page rather than testing it further.

07. Reporting a page that uses your work

If a page published here uses your work, your brand or your picture without permission, use the report link at the bottom of that page, which opens our contact form with the page filled in, or write to us from the contact page. Tell us which page it is, what is yours and where it appears on the page, and how to reach you.

We reply to every report like this within 7 working days. When the problem is clear, we suspend the page.

The page owner sees the suspension, and why, when they open the page in the editor, and can write to us from the contact page if they think we got it wrong. Any other page that breaks these terms can be reported the same way.

08. Suspension and leaving

If a page breaks these terms, we may remove what breaks them or suspend the page. A suspended page no longer opens at its address or on its custom domain, and leaves the list of pages we give search engines; it stays in your account, where you can read it in the editor but not change or publish it.

If an account keeps breaking these terms, or was opened to break them, we may suspend every one of its pages, which also keeps them from being published again. If you think a suspension is a mistake, write to us from the contact page.

You can stop using PressaGen at any time and delete your account from your dashboard. If your subscription is set to renew, cancel it first; deleting the account then ends Pro at once, along with whatever is left of the period you paid for.

09. Page addresses and custom domains

Your page's address
  • Each page has an address on pressagen.com, such as pressagen.com/@your-name. Addresses are first come, first served, and some are reserved and cannot be taken.
  • When you change a page's address, the old one is held for you for 30 days and, while the page is published, sends visitors to the new one. When you delete a page, its address is held for 30 days so no one else can take it, but it leads nowhere.
  • An address that pretends to be someone else or misleads visitors breaks these terms, and its page can be suspended.
A custom domain
  • A custom domain comes with Pro. You connect one domain to your Pro page, and your other published pages can open under it too.
  • You must own the domain or be allowed to use it. You register it, pay for it and manage its DNS records with your own domain provider; we do not sell or register domains.
  • If another account has connected the domain before, you first prove you control it by adding a TXT record we give you. The account that held the domain last can connect it again without that proof for 30 days after losing it, and an account that has proved the domain can at any time.
  • When Pro ends, the domain is suspended. When you remove the domain or delete its page, also remove the DNS record that points to us.

10. Other services, and your own visitors

Your page can show or link to services run by other companies, such as YouTube, Spotify, Google Maps, LINE or WhatsApp, and you can add tracking codes from other providers. Those services work under their own terms: we do not control them and are not responsible for them, and they may change or stop working without notice from us.

If your page collects newsletter sign-ups or carries tracking codes, you are the one collecting your visitors' data. Tell your visitors what you collect and why, ask for their consent where the law requires it, and answer their requests.

We keep sign-ups with your page for you, let you export them as a CSV file, and use them for nothing else. PressaGen sends no email to your subscribers.

11. Backups, versions and your own copy

Keep your own copies of your text and images. We keep backups to recover the service from our own mistakes, not to bring back a single page on request.

Each page keeps its last 10 published versions, but the editor cannot bring an earlier version back, so keep a copy of anything you may want again. You can export your newsletter sign-ups as a CSV file at any time, and ask us for a copy of your pages, as the privacy policy explains.

12. What we are not responsible for

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for delays and failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as an outage at Cloudflare, Google or Lemon Squeezy, a failure of the internet or a natural disaster.

Where we are responsible, the most we can owe you is what you paid us in the twelve months before the matter arose.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be signed away.

13. Changes, notices and a change of owner

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. A change that matters is marked on this page and on the pricing page at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account before then.

PressaGen sends account holders no newsletters and no automatic email; receipts and billing messages come from Lemon Squeezy. If we need to reach you personally, we write to the email address of your Google account.

You may not hand your account to someone else without asking us. If PressaGen becomes a registered company or passes to someone else, these terms and your account pass to them: we will say so on this page and on the pricing page at least 30 days before, and you can delete your account before it happens.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.

If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

15. Reaching us

Write to us from the contact page and the message reaches the person who runs PressaGen.
